I'm Jen, and I’m the voice behind Anima del Mare, soul of the sea. I'm a Sicilian Pisces, that's where the name comes from :)

I’m currently studying clinical psychology, and that foundation shapes everything I create here. Anima del Mare brings together astrology, the latest psychology research, neuroscience, and Sicilian folk magick.

Every forecast, ritual, and piece of folklore is paired with the science that explains why it works. I believe the sky and the mind are really talking about the same thing, just in different languages. My whole practice lives where they meet. Astrology shows us the pattern. Psychology explains the why behind it. And the old ways, passed down through generations of Italian women, give us the practice.
